Wed, April 12, 2006 - 5:41 AMI came to Selma to train at William Rufas King State Techical School in the Business Dept. Found a job here, and a man LOL and the rest as they say is history. Later the school was renamed and raised to the status of Commmunity College by the name of George C Wallace Community College and State Tech. And, I've never learned to spell, and I've still in Selma. -

and....btw.... the bus drivers didn't strike. wimps! ha ha ha ha!
More than a few people were po'd. A lot of the drivers wanted to strike because now they're stuck with the new contract for the next 3 years..... oh well... even though I haven't worked with them for a couple of years, I still have a few friends there and I was rooting for them all. -

Tue, April 18, 2006 - 12:32 PMI've lived in this small border town for almost four years...friends and family will ensure i am working within 2-3 weeks.. that's for sure..no where i work that's the big question..i am so tempted to start collecting my first gov checks in 30 yrs of fun sport and amusement...i was let go Thursday and now will work on resume and prepare to hit the pavement ... thx so much all of you .. i appreciate your kind words...
